What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Direct Deposit & company cheque. Once payment is received the order will be processed. Account facilities are available for regular customers subject to trading history and credit approval.
How long will my order take?
This depends on the size and complexity of your order. A delivery date will be provided upon placement of your order.
Can you reproduce our logo?
We can reproduce any logo, but keep in mind that an art charge may apply if you cannot supply the logo in a suitable format.
What art formats are suitable?
Vector based artwork is best. Scanned, BMP, JPG, TIFF images need to be prepared for print in most cases and would incur an additional art charge. Give us a call and we can discuss our requirements in simple terms
How will I know what my job will look like?
We will send an art layout proof for you to approve before we manufacture it
